Our Story

Kinetic Edge Creative started with a teacher on a mission to create a curated dance and performing arts immersion program for students. Begining as a side project in 2012, Kinetic Edge Creative has reshaped itself for 2025 to develop the leading dance programming for New York’s independent schools. Led by a Horace Mann teacher and experienced professional dancer who has been working in the industry for over 15 years, we have the unique skill set to bring teachers of the highest caliber to students at their home school. Our faculty come directly from New York’s finest Broadway and Off-Broadway theaters and dance institutions. We work with experienced educators who have taught in a variety of school settings prior to landing at Kinetic Edge Creative. As leaders in the field, we have a keen understanding of the skills required for students to succeed in the ever changing world of New York City performing arts. Our network of teachers communicate about arts standards and expectations, tailoring our programming to fit the needs of each student in our care. This in-network collaboration allows students to receive the best outcomes possible to learn teamwork, communication, and collaboration - all while having a blast and building friendships that will last a lifetime.
